Meet the Team
Katie Spicer, MS, BCBA, LBA
Co-FounderKatie is passionate about helping families navigate two of the most difficult parts of raising a child—sleep and executive functioning—with compassion, practicality, and respect for each child's individual needs. She specializes in behavioral sleep support and executive functioning coaching, partnering with families to build routines and strategies that actually fit their child's needs and their household's real life.
With a decade of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Katie brings a deep understanding of how behavior, environment, and skill-building intersect—whether she's helping a child (and their exhausted parents) finally get consistent sleep, or supporting older kids in developing the planning, organization, and self-regulation skills they need to thrive. She believes progress should feel sustainable, not like one more thing families have to white-knuckle through.
Katie's approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that families know their children best—her job is to offer expertise and support, not a rigid script. As a new parent herself, she brings a fresh, lived understanding of just how much sleep (or the lack of it) shapes daily life, and she's especially attuned to meeting families where they are, without judgment.
